  Describe your experience you ask? I'll will do just so.. After spending the full day traveling from Yorkshire to London and then to Hastings me and my partner was more than over shattered to put it politely! We turned up at what could only be described as armativille horror, we approached the door with a note on Saying something along the lines of 'ring Michelle for assistance' and a telephone number. We rang the number after been stood outside in the cold for 5 minutes, when Michelle answered she told us that we was late and was due to check in at 10 (which may I add nothing was stated in the booking confirmation about this) it was 10:30 at this point! She was very rude and abrupt on the phone! After been stood outside for a further 10 mins Saying she was coming to let us in we entered the hotel to a very foisty smell! We stood at the reception which was a piece of old wood and smelly run down bar to her effing and jeffing because her computer wasn't working and how she is running 'this place' on her own. After her demanding us to pass over our card details because the money hadn't been taken (which was also a lie because my partner got up his online banking to -£62) she was again very rude and Saying she would be sacked if we didn't pass them over! FINALLY recieving the key we walked up to our room which again was like walking through a set of the rocky horror show getting to the room after what felt like climbing castle steps looked pretty clean until I went to the toilet and the shower has no way on this earth been touched with bleach or any kind of cleaning materials! As they was pubic hair stuck to the bottom of the shower and plug! The blind was hanging off the window, next doors tv was so loud it felt like a boom box under the bed after finally getting to sleep the bed was relativley comfy but again waking up to a very vile smell wasn't what I wanted at all. After getting up and attempting to get ready the shower was like a mini bath all blocked and things floating around and they was no where for me to get ready the mirror was so high up I could barley see so the only resolution was to take this off the wall and place it on the bed! The list is actually endless but I would never return here again, customer service SHOCKING, hygiene of the people working there and room SHOCKING. ITS A NO FROM ME!
